FlexIncentives accepts a variety of payment methods. To add funds to your account, you can use either of the following payment types: Credit Card, ACH and Wire Transfer.
Pay with Credit Card
Credit Cards are processed immediately and are FlexIncentives' preferred payment method for fast account top up. Learn more about paying with Credit Cards
Pay using Wire Transfer
1. To make sure your account is credited correctly, be sure to reference your Company Name
, Account Number
and Recipient Reference
2. After you have completed the wire transfer, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
with the transfer information so that our Accounting Team can watch for its arrival and credit your account immediately.
Speed of Wire Transfers: Wire transfers are popular because the money moves within one or two days. Within the United States, same-day transfers are possible.
Topping up your account using ACH requires additional payer verification and introduces longer delays of payment. With ACH payments we'll need the following information:
- 1. Account Holder Name
- 2. Account Type
- 3. Bank Account
- 4. Routing number
Important Note: ACH payments are available to all US-based FlexIncentives users.
How to register your ACH Account Details
1. Click on your profile to open your FlexIncentives Account Settings, then click on the tab labelled ACH Settings.
2. Input the following data points:
3. Click Register to submit your information.
4. Once you have provided us with the above information, we'll verify your details by sending two unique amounts to your account. Please note, the transfers can take 3-4 business days to appear on your account statement. Once they’ve been received, you will need to provide to us the amounts for each deposit to verify that you have access to the account statement.
5. Once you have verified the amounts, you will have successfully connected your bank account to FlexIncentives.

Important Note: By processing this request you authorize Flexawards to electronically debit your account and, if necessary, electronically credit your account to correct erroneous debits.
Fees: ACH payment provider fee is 0.80%, capped at $5. So, a $100 payment incurs a $0.80 fee; any payments above $625 cost $5.
Our payment service provider accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover and Diners Club. This applies to our users from both USA and Canada.
Your Credit Card company may have declined authorization to debit your card due to one of the below mentioned reasons:
- There may be a credit limit on your account.
- The incorrect card type, number or expiry date was accidentally selected when placing the order.
- There were dashes or spaces in the account number that could not be recognised.
- Your card may be recently issued and has not yet been activated.
